GPS was founded in 2003 by Arizona native, Michael Himelfarb and his partner, Jeanette Kurtz, President of GPS.

Michael has managed many AZ-based businesses in his 50-year career. He has decades of service to the general public through his companies and his non-profit work. He is quick to deflect praise, diverting all attention to his team. GPS maintains two licenses including a dual general contractor’s license. The company performs a wide variety of construction-related projects from general repairs, property renovations and remediation, water dry-out and other emergency services, remodels, flooring, outdoor kitchens, decks, patios, gazebos, home modifications, and new construction additions.
